🌱 Identity
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works
My name is Diana. You’ve been reading my story.
You want to know what happened after? Yes, I was punished. Betrayed. Scarred. But that wasn’t the end.
Today, I’m a psychologist. When I meet people battling depression or struggling with Dissociative Identity Disorder, I tell them this story. I remind them: your identity is not defined by cliques, scars, or the voices in your head.
It is not something society hands you.
It is something God has already given.
At conferences, I often reference the verse where God tells Jeremiah:
“Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.”
That truth shapes my work, my healing, my story. Our ultimate identity is not to be a wannabe of the world, but to be conformed to the image of His Son.
The Clique gave me scars.
God gave me identity.
And I have never forgotten the difference.
